BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
' OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been Riven, as reciuired by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. , November
5th, 1930, it would hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having, been -presented, said improvement, as
completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November,
