RESOLUTION NO . 2391
WHEREAS, Mrs. Anna M. Becker proposes to make
application to the War Department for permission to
construct a boat" landing in Indian Creek, off Lot 2,
Block 3, Beach View Addition, within the municipal
limits of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown
upon drawing marked:
"PROPOSED BOAT LANDING
IN - INDIAN CREEK
AT - MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
APPLICATION BY MRS . A1\INA M. BECKER
FEBRUARY 4th, 1931 (DATE)
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Mrs.
Anna M. Becker will not interfere with any plans for
work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting a.ssem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February,
A. D. 1931 .
