RESOLUTION NO . 240+ SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT IfPROVEMENT SR-150 SR-150 WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopted on the 18th day of March , 1931, ordered the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-150, District SR-150, and the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council, has prepared end filed with the City Clerk plans and spe- cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in- cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no- tice by publication as required by the City Charter has beeli made that the City Council would on the 1st dayof April , 1931 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00 o 'clock A. :T.. , receive and hear objections of all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvemet, and no objections having been presented at the time and place aforesaid, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami 3eech, Florida., that the said resolution of said City Council orderinR said Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-150 , District SR-150 , be and the ; ame is hereby con- firmed, and the City Council hereby declares their inten- tion to proceed with City Forces without contract.
