A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
CANCELLING CERTAIN RESOLUTIONS OR-
DERING CONSTRUCTION AND CANCELLING
CERTAIN IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES M,
AUTHORIZED TO BE ISSUED AS OF MAY
1ST, 1930.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Resolution No. 2145, ordering the construc-
tion of Highway Improvement H-109, passed and adopted
the 6th day of February, 1930; and, Resolution No.
2188, confirming the resolution ordering the construc-
tion of Highway Improvement H-109, passed and adopted
the 26th day of February, 1930, and,
Resolution No. 2146, ordering the construction
of Highway Improvement H-110, passed and adopted the
6th day of February, 1930; and,Resolution No. 2189,
confirming the resolution ordering the construction
of Highway Improvement H-110, passed and adopted the
26th day of February, 1930, and,
Resolution No. 2150, ordering the construction
of Highway Improvement H-114, passed and adopted the
6th day of February, 1930; and,Resolution No. 2191,
confirming the resolution ordering the construction
of Highway Improvement H-114, passed and adopted the

passed and adopted the 26th day of February, 1930, and,
Resolution No. 2159, ordering the construction
of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-139, passed and adop-
ted the 6th day of February, 1930; and, Resolution
No. 2195, confirming the resolution ordering the con-
struction of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-139,
passed and adopted the 26th day of February, 1930, and,
Resolution No. 2206, ordering the construction
of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-142, passed and adop-
ted the 26th day of February, 1930; and, Resolution
No. 2221 , confirming the resolution ordering the con-
struction of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-142,
passed and adopted the 12th day of March, 1930, and,
Resolution No. 2156, ordering the construction
of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-3, passed
and adopted the 6th day of February, 1930; and,
Resolution No. 2195, confirming the resolution order-
ing the construction of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Im-
provement SL--3, passed and adopted the 26th day of
February, 1930, and,
Resolution No. 2157, ordering the construction
of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-4, passed
and adopted the 6th day of February, 1930; and,
Resolution No. 2196, confirming the resolution order-
ing the construction of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Im-
provement SL-4, passed and adopted the 26th day of
February, 1930, and,
Resolution No. 2207, ordering the construction
of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-5, passed
and adopted the 26th day of February, 1930; and,
Resolution No. 2229, confirming the resolution order-

ing the construction of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Im-
provement SL-5, passed and adopted the 12th day of
March, 1930, and,
Resolution No. 2161, ordering the construction
of Whiteway Inmrovement VW-13, passed and adopted
the 6th day of February, 1930; and, Resolution
No. 2216, confirming the resolution ordering the con-
struction of Whiteway Improvement W-13, passed and
adopted the 5th day of March, 1930,
Be and the same are hereby rescinded,
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the follow-
ing described bonds heretofore authorized for issu-
ance by Resolution No. 2230, passed and adopted the
12th day of March, 1930, be and they are hereby can-
celled:
