A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE AC-
CEPTANCE OF TWO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENTS.
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- DISTRICTS SR-151
MENTS SR-151 and SR-152 and SR-152
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-151 and
SR-152, Districts SR-151 and SR-152, respectively,
have been completed and acceptance of said improve-
ments recommended by the City Manager and the City En-
gineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on July 15th,
1931, at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons inter-
ested in or affected by the said improvements as to
the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, A. D.
1931.
