RESOLUTION NO. 2481
WHEREAS, Mr. Irving J. Reuter proposes to make
application to the War Department for permission to
build a dock and semi-circular pavilion in Biscayne
Bay, within the municipal limits of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, as shown upon a drawing marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY APPLICATION OF MR.
IRVING J. REUTER FOR A PERMIT TO BUILD
A DOCK AND A SEMI-CIRCULAR PAVILION IN
BISCAYNE BAY MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA.

and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS the work contemplated by the said Irving
J. Reuter will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled,
that the said City Council waive, and it does hereby
waive, all objections to the said proposed construction.

pavilion in Biscayne Pay off lot 4, block 10, Sunset
Lake Subdivision, within the municipal limits of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon the
accompanying drawings.
I wish to submit a petition for a waiver of all
objections to the proposed construction on the
presumption that the work contemplated will not
interfere with any work the City Council has in
view.
lam hoping this petition will be given due consideration
at the next meeting of the Council.
