SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-156 DISTRICT SR-156
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council here-
by setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-156 The laying underground of an S" Terra
Cotta or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sew-
er and necessary manholes and appur-
tenances.
At or near the center of West Forty-
sixth Street from a point at or near
the center of Royal Palm Avenue to a
point Four Hundred and Twenty Feet
Easterly of said center of Royal Palm
Avenue.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6"
Concrete Sewer Lateral from the main
sewer to the street line of Lot 13,
Block E as a part of the main improve-
ment.
As said Street, Avenue, Lot and Block
are shown on a Plat Recorded in Plat
Book No. 9 at Page 114 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and
as said Avenue is named and designated
in Ordinance No. 252.
And it is hereby directed that the ma-
terial, nature, character and size of
said improvement be subsequently deter-
mined in conformity with one of such
descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
each kind of said improvement and an estimate of the
cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of pre-
liminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates , the printing and publica-
tion of notices and proceedings , the preparation of
bonds , interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expense necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-
156, and the property against which assessments therefor
may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as
District SR-156.
