WHEREAS, Elizabeth C. Wardin proposes to make
application to the War Department for �ee$permn ission

construct a timber pier and mooring pi
Bis-
cayne Bay in front of Lot 12, Block 10 Amended Sun-
set Lake Subdivision, within the municipal limits of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon a
drawing, marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT
APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTING A
TIMBER PIER AND MOORING PILES
FRONTING LOT 12 BLK. 10
• AMENDED SUNSET LAKE SUBDIN
FOR ELIZABETH C. WARDIN.
MIAMI BEACH FLA.
NOV. 2S 1931.
AUGUST DeWINKLER, ENGINEER.
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said
Elizabeth C. Wardin will not interfere with any plans
for work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of December,
