A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-161 DISTRICT SR-161
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-161,
District SR-161, has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager' and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on November
16th, A. D. 1932, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November,
A. D. 1932. -
