SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-1614- SR-164
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the let day of March , 1933 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Imo 'ovement SR--164, District SR--164 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared end filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 19th day of
April , 1933 , at the City Hall in said City at .900
o 'clock A. ::. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
8R 64, District SR-161, be and the same is hereby con-
firmeds and the City Council hereby declares its intention
• to proceed with City forces without oontraot.
