SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 8Rr 168

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA.
That the construction of the dolaowing described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; The City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Char ter.
SR 168 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or an 8"
concrete Sanitary Sewer and the necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the East curb of Pine Tree Drive from a point
at or near the South curb of West Forty-second Street
produced Easterly to a point at or near the Northerly line
of Lot 12 Flamingo Bay Subdivisions
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each one hundred feet of abutting property, as a part
Of the main improvement.
As said Drive, Street, Lot and Subdivision are shown an
Plats Recorded in Plat Book No. 6 - Page 101 - and in
Plat Book No. 25 - Page 30 - of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of each kind 6f said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super -
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legdl
services, abstracts, etc., and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for, and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-168 and the property
against which assessments therefore may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-168,
