RESOLUTION NO. 2680
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That supplementing Resolution No. 2495,
passed and adopted November 18th, 1931, and providing for
the signature of City vouchers or warrants, that during
any absence from the City of both City Manager Claude A.
Renshaw and Councilman D. Richard Mead, that Councilman
Harry M. Hice, be and he is hereby authorized to
countersign said City vouchers or warrants in their stead.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall not be con-
strued in any way to void or rescind said Resolution No.
21195, passed and adopted November 18th, 1931.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, A.
