BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 2696,
passed and adopted November 9th, 1933, calling a public
hearing to consider the amending and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided
in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordi—
nance of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
