Resolution 2736 RESOLUTION NO. 2736
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, upon its own initiative, will consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive,Block 5A, Lots
1 to 6, inclusive, Block 5B, Lots 1 to
6, inclusive, Block 6A, Lots 1 to 6,
inclusive, Block 6B, all in First Addi-
tion to Whitman' s Subdivision of Espanola
Villas in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 147,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
so as to change said area from what
sio an as "BB" Business
District to "RE" Multiple Multiple-Family sict
so as to change its present area regulation from District #19
to District #17, as said Districts are described in Section 16
of said Ordinance No. 289.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called fo the 28th day of February, 1934, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at theCity
Hall,aad Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth,
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordi-
nance No. 289.
