Resolution 2737 RESOLUTION NO. 2737 WHEREAS, it is now determined by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to consider the amend- ing and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit: That the paragraph defining "Hotels" in Section 1 of said Ordinance No. 289, be amended by eliminating therefrom the words "with or without meals" . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public he ar ing to called for the 28th day of February, 193 +, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and object of said hearing be published as is provided by said Ordinance No. 289.
