Resolution 2788 RESOLUTION NO. 2785
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been petitioned to consider the
amending, supplementing, changing, modifying and/or
repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or
boundaries, as provided in Ordinance No. 289, common-
ly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, Block 53,
Third Commercial Subdivision, in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page
160, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
so as to change said property from its present use
regulation "BB" Business District, to what is known
as "RD" Single Family Histrict, and
so as to change said property from its present area
regulation District No. 19 to District No. 13 (25-foot
building setback) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public
hearing be called fox the 14th day of March, 1934, at
9:00 o' clock A. M., in the Council Chambers at the City
Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above
set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time,
place and object of such hearing be published as is
provided by said Ordinance No. 259.
