SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-180
IMPROVEMENT SR-180
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-1S0 The laying underground of en 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer or an 8" Conn rete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes end appurtenances:
In a ten foot easement in Block 4 of Beach View
Addition from the Southeasterly corner. of Lot 5
of said Block 4 to a point at or near the Northeasterly
corner of Lot 10 of said Block 4; the centerline of
said easement being the Southerly line of Lot 11 and
the Northerly line of Lots 8,9 and 10 of said Block 4.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each fifty feet (50' ) of the adjacent property as a part
of the main im))rovement.
As said Addition, Lots, Block and Easement are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book Number 16, Page 10 of the
Public Records of Dade County,Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material , nature,
character andsize of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
andan estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of the expense of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for. and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-180, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-180.
