SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
171.PROVEMENT 8R-162 SR-182
WHEREAS. the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 28th day of larch , 1934, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer I:irr 'ovement SR-1.82, District SR-182, end
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 11th day of
April , 1934, at the City Hall in said Ci icy at 9100
o 'clock A. E. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-182, District 8R-182, be and the same is hereby con-
firmedand the City Council hereby declares its intention to
proceed with City forces without contract , and an appropriation of
$818.40 is hereby authorized to be set UD from Current Fund for :this
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April , purpos,
