BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 9:00 otclock A. M. , June
27th, A. D. 193!, it would hear any objections of per- µ3
sons interesteQ. in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, saidimprovement, as
completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27thday of June,
A. D. 1934.
