Resolution 2903 RESOLUTION NO. 2903 It appearing that under date of March 16th, 1934, this Body did, by Resolution No, 2800, authorize the City Tax Collector of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to receive until July let, 1934, offers of compromise of improvement liens and lien sale certificates owned by said City, and did further authorize that said offers of compromise be submitted to this Body for acceptance or rejection; And it further appearing that in pursuance thereto said City Tax Collector did receive and present to this Body this day, certain offers of settlement, as aforesaid, and same having been examined and found to be in conformity with said Resolution aforesaid; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, In regular meeting assembled this day, that the offers of compromise covering the following des- cribed properties be and the same are hereby accepted, approved and confirmed: OFFERS OF COMPROMISE OF IMPROVEMENT LIENS THROUGH JUNE 30th, 1934.
