Resolution 2958 RESOLUTION NO. 2955
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regu-
lations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in Ordi-
nance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami
Beach, Florida , as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive of Block 78, Lots
1 to 7, inclusive of Block 78A, Commercial
Subdivision and Lots 13 to 23, inclusive of
Block 109, Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as said
Commercial Subdivision and Ocean Beach Addi-
tion No. 3 are recorded in plat Book 6 at
Page 65 and Plat Book 2 at Page 81, respective-
ly, Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
so as to change said property from its present use regulation
"BB" Business District, to what is known as "RD" Single-Family
District, and
so as to change said property from its present area regulation
District No. 19 to District No. 13 (25-foot building setback) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 26th day of Sectenber, 1934, at 9: 00 o'clock A.
M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 259.
