SEWER LATERAL DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SL-3 SL-3
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 5th day of December , 1934, ordered the
Sewer Lateral Lorovement SL-3 , District SL..3 , and
the City Engineer. under direction of the City Council,
has prepared end filed with the City Clerk plans and. spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of• the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 26th day of
December , 1934, at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o 'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said imrprovement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
• City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sewer Lateral Improvement
SL-3 , District SL-3 , be and the same is hereby con-
fied, and an appropriation of $110.00 is hereby authorized to
be set up from Current Funds for this purpose, the City Council
hereby declaring said work to be done by City forces without contract
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of December ,
