Resolution 3046 RESOLUTION NO. 3046 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictionsangor boundaries, as provided in Ordi- nance No. 239, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hreinafter set forth, to-wit: That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 239 be amended by adding thereto the following paragraphs after District No. 28: District No. 29. There shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than twenty-five (25) feet when measured from any waterway, bay or ocean. There shall be a rear yard having a deApth of not less than ten (10) feet. There shall be a side yard on each side of a building having a width of not less than ten (10) feet when measured from any street line and having a width of not less than five (5) feet when measured from an adjoining lot. District No. 30. There shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than ten (10) feet when measured from any street line. There shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less thanfive (5) feet. There shall be a side yard on each side of a building having a width of not less than ten (10) feet when measured from any street line and having a width of not less than five (5) feet when measured from any adjoining lot line. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be called for the 6th day of February, 1935, at 9:00 o' clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose ao above set forth, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time, place and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordinance No. 289.
