IMPROVEMENT SR-194 DISTRICT SR-194-
WHEREAS,
R-194WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWERIMPROVEMENT SR-194
District SR-194 has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9:00 o 'clock A. M. on February t°
6th , A. D. 1935 , at the City Hall , at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January,
A. D. 1935 .
