This is Change Order No. CoMB 001 to Statement of Work for Handheld Computer
Inspection System Issued pursuant to that certain E-Business Enterprise Services
Agreement by and between Idea Integration ("Company") and The City of Miami
Beach ("Client") dated as of April 10, 2002
1. Changes in services of Deliverables
This Change Order is in response to a procedural change that occurred in early
February 2002 in the City of Miami Beach Code Compliance Department introducing
the use of what is called a "courtesy notice," A courtesy notice serves as a generic
warning notice; identifying problems that could encompass more than one violation
type (i.e. City Code, Marine, Property Maintenance, and/ or Zoning). The citizen
and/or contractor are typically given a certain amount of days to correct the stated
problem(s), If the problem(s) are not corrected, a formal Violation notice is then
issued detailing the specific violations of city, marine, or zoning codes. Initially,
courtesy notices were being tracked manually because there was nothing in Permits
Plus to handle the process. A Complaint/Courtesy Notice (APD) has been created and
is currently being tested with the users.
This change in process has created a new format that was not included in the original
RFP that has become a very large portion of the required work for the Code
Compliance Department. Therefore, the City has requested that Idea Integration
develop the code required to support the Complaint/Courtesy Notice on the Handheld
Computer Inspection System.
The scope of work for this Change Order includes:
~ The gathering of requirements for the new process and related information
needs (including interviews with the inspectors).
~ The development of the software to support the Complaint/Courtesy Notice
on the Handheld Computer Inspection System.
~ Quality Assurance and Testing of the software.
~ Training of the users.

2. Change in Fees or Charges
The charges that will be billed to the City for this addition to the scope of the project
are as follows:
.:. Software development as described in the scope listed above $4,500
.:. Additional trip to Miami Beach Actual Cost (approximately $700)
The cost of this change will be billed upon the completion and approval of the final
system per the terms of the original Statement of Work.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Change Order effective as of
the Fifth day of June, 2002.
