RESOLUTION NO. 3237
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in
Ordinance No. 2$9, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the use regulation of the following described prop-
erty , to wit:
All of Blocks 113, 114 and 115, and Lots 3 to 9,
inclusive, of Block 116, Ocean Beach Addition No.
4, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page
151 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
Lots 1 to $, inclusive , of Block 2, Lots 1 to $, in-
clusive, of Block 3 , Lots 1 to $, inclusive , of
Block 4 and Lots 3 to 9, inclusive, of Block 5 of
Ocean Beach Subdivision as per plat recorded in
Plat Book 2 at Page 3$, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida,
be amended so as to change said property from its present use
regulation "BB" Business District, to what is known as "RE"
Multiple Family District , as said use regulations are described
in Ordinance No. 2$9 as amended.
That the use regulation of the following described prop-
erty, to-wit:
Lots 11 to 17, inclusive, of Block 1, Lots 1 to 12,
inclusive and Lots 20 and 21 of Block 10, of Ocean
Beach Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat Book
2 at Page 4$ of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; Lots 17 to 31, inclusive, of Block 51, Lots
1 to 1$, inclusive , of Block 52 , Lots 6 to 11, inclusive,
of Block 53, Lots 11 to 20, inclusive , of Block 7S
and Lots 9 to 13 , inclusive, of Block $0, Ocean Beach
Addition No. 3 , as per plat recorded in Plat Book
2 at Page $1 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; and the North 132 feet of Section 10, Town-
ship 54 South, Range 42 East , west of Collins Avenue
to Biscayne Bay, excepting Washington Avenue,
be amended so as to change said property from its present use
regulation ABC" Business District , to what is known as 'BB"
Business District , as said use regulations are described in
Ordinance No. 2$9, as amended.
That the use regulation of the following described prop-
erty, to-wit:
Lots 13 to 19, inclusive, of Block 10, Ocean Beach
Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2
at Page 3$ of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; Lots 1 to 16, inclusive , Block 51, Lots

3 to 10, inclusiveof Block 56, Lots 3 to 9, in-

No. 3, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 3$, at
Page 72 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
be amended so as to change said property from its present use
regulation "BC" Business District to what is known as "RE"
Multiple-Family District , as said use regulations are described
in Ordinance No. 2$9, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 24th day of July, A. D. , 1935, at 9:00 o'clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time , place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 2$9.
