RESOLUTION NO. 3250
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-222
SR-222
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 3O of the City Charter:
SR-222 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley North
of Lincoln Road from a point at or near the
Westerly line of Lot 1, Block 2, Lincoln Road
Subdivision A, produced Northerly to a point
at or near the Westerly line of Lot 1, Block
1 of said Lincoln Road Subdivision A, produced
Northerly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta sewer lateral
from the ma.n sewer to the line of approximately
each fifty 5O) feet of adjacent property as a
part of the main improvement.
As said Road, Avenue, Alley, Lots, Blocks and
Subdivision are shown on a Plat recorded in
Piet Book 34, Page 66 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
proceedings, and work herein provided for; the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This improvement Shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-.222, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-222.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd DAY OF July A.D.1935.
