Resolution 3259 RESOLUTION NO. 3259
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regu-
lations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in Ordi-
nance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami
Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, of Block 2,
Hibiscus Island, in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, as per plat recorded in
Plat Book 8 at Page 75, Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
so as to change said property from its present use regulation
"RE" Multiple Family District to what is known as "RD" Single
Family District,
and so as to change the area regulation on the above described
property from District No. 10 to District No. 5, as all of said
use and area regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289, as
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 7th day of August, A. D. , at 3:30 o'clock P. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordi-
nance No. 289.
