Resolution 3340 RESOLUTION NO. 3340 SZD "`" '._- DISTRICT SK-73 TPf;I' Ro dT SK-73 WIEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and adopted on the 26th day of September , 1935, ordered the Sidewalk Improvement SK-73 , District SK-73 and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as required by the City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the 16th day of October , 1935, at the City Hall in said City at 3:30 o' clock p. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement , and no objections having been presented at the time and place aforesaid, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council ordering said Sidewalk Improvement $K-73 , District SK-73 , be and the same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $1 ,192. 95 is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund and the City Council, hereby declares its intention to proceed with City forces without contract .
