RESOLUTION NO. 3342
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-76 DISTRICT SK-76
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SK-.76 A five foot concrete sidewalk on the East side
of Indian Creek Drive from the North line of
35th Street to the North line of Lot 19, Block
24 Miami Beach improvement Company' s Ocean Front
Property produced Westerly.
A five foot concrete sidewalk on the East side of
Indian Creek Drive from a point approximately sixty-
four and two-tenths (64.2) feet South of the South
line of 35th Street to a point approximately one
hundred fifty and two-tenths (150.2) feet South of
said South line of 35th Street.
As said Drive, Street, Lots, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in, Plat Book 5, Pages
7 end 8 of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida,
and as said 35th Street is named and designated in
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk plans a.nd specifications of said Improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including en estimate of the cost of the expenses
of Preliminary and ether surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
p!oll:
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-76, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SK-76.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF October A.D.1935.
