SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-77 DISTRICT SK-?7
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SK-77 An eight foot (81 ) concrete sidewalk on the West
side of Liberty Avenue from a point fifty-five
and five-tenths (55.51 ) feet South of the North
line of Lot Seven (7) , Block Three (3) , of the
Ocean Front Property of the Miami Beach Improvement
Company to a point two hundred fifty-five (2551 ) feet
North of said North line of Lot Seven (7) .
As said Lot, Block, Property and Avenue are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book 5 at Pages 7 and 8 and in
Plat Book 26, at Page 13 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Avenue is named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-77, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SK-77.
