A RESOLUTION CALLII\;G A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO
THE CONFIR•,?ATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
DISTRICTS SR-220, 229 , 232, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
235, and 24+ SR-220 , 229 , 232, 235 and 244
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements
in accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and
30, of the City Charter.
THE_ EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with
said City Charter that a meeting of the City Council
will be held at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , on July 15th,
19 36 at which time all interested persons may ap-
pear and file written objections to the confirma-
tion of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July,
