RESOLUTION NO. 3586
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, upon its own initiative will consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regu-
lations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance
No. 289 , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, be amended as follows:
That the use and area regulations of the following
described property, to-wit:
SECOND REVISED PLAT OF SUNSET ISLANDS,in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as same
is shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
34 at Page 73 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida,
be amended, changed and modified so as to change all of
Blocks 1H, 2H and 3H of said Sunset Islands Subdivision,
from their present Use Regulation District "REN , Multiple
Family District, to what is known as "RCN Estate District,
and
so as to change all of Blocks 1F, 2E, 2F, 3E and 3F, of
said Sunset Islands Subdivision, from their present Use
Regulation District "REN Multiple Family District, to
what is known as "RD" Single Family District, and
so as to change Lots 1 to 9 , inclusive , Block 1A; Lots
1 to 9 , inclusive , Block 1E; Lots 1 to 9, inclusive and
Lots 19 to 30 , inclusive, Block 2D; Lots 1 to 12, inclu-
sive, and Lots 19 to 26, inclusive , of Block 3D, of
said Subdivision of Sunset Islands , from their present
Area Regulation District No. 7, to what is known as Area
Regulation District No. 32, and
so as to change all of Blocks 1B, 1C, 1 D, 1F, 2A, 2B,
2C, 2E, 2F, 3A, 3B, 30, 3E and 3F, of said Sunset Islands
Subdivision, from their present Area Regulation District
No. 14 to what is known as Area Regulation District No. 22,
as all Districts mentioned herein are described in Sections
3, 4 and 16 of said Ordinance No. 289 , as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 5th day of August, A. D. , 1936, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , in the Council, Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time , place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordi-
nance No. 289.
