Resolution 3608 RESOLUTION NO. 3608 WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach Water Department at the expense of La Gorce Island, Incorporated, is about to install certain permanent water mains on La Gores Island as per plat recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 83, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and WHEREAS, the La Gorce Island, Incorporated is to bear the costs of labor, material and other incidental and miscellaneous expenses accruing in connection with the construction of said water mains, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said City refund to the said La Gorce Island, Incorpvrated, the cost of installation including labor, materials and incidental and miscellaneous costs in two equal annual installments , the first of which installments shall be paid one year from the time the ordinary annual revenue from said installation derived from ordinary household use equals at least fifteen percent of the total cost thereof, including material and labor, and incidental and miscellaneous expenses. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall not be deemed to authorize the actual payment to the La Gorce Island, Incorporated , of the refund herein referred to, but such authority shall be included in a Resolution of this Council when the in— stallation of said water main shall be completed and said Resolution shall set forth the exact amount of such refund, whioh shall be determined after the installation shall have been com— pleted.
