DISTRICT SR-248 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF =AM' BEACH, FLORIDA;
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-248 The laying underground of an eight(8) inch Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances .
At or near the centerline of the easement in Block 2C,
Lakeview Subdivision, from a point fifteen (15) feet
East of the West line of Cherokee Avenue and on the
said centerline produced westerly, to the East line of
Lot 1, Block 28, Lakeview Subdivision.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta sewer lateral from the
main sewer to the line of approximately each fifty
feet of abutting property, as a part of the main improve-
ment.
As said Avenue , Lot, Block and Subdivision are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 42 of the
Public records of Dade County, Florida andel as said Avenue is
named and designated in Ordinance No. 03.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and an
, estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and Estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer improvement SR-248, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-243.
