DISTRICT SR-251 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR251 The laying underground of an eight (3) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances .
At or near the east curb of Collins Avenue
from the centerline of Twenty-First Street
to a point fifty-five (55) feet south of the
north line of Lot 10, Block A, Miami Beach
Improvement Company' s Ocean Front Property,
produced westerly.
Together with a 6° terra cotta sewer lateral
to the line of approximately each one hundred
twenty-five feet of abutting property as a
part of the ::gain improvement.
As said Avenue, Street, Bloch and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
Number 5, Page 7, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Street is •
named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and Estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimatedamount to
be assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-251, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-251.
