WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
CANTORS ASSOCIATION OF GREATER MIAMI
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Auditorium taxx2oxmala iaadotionzmicaxkiaxfor the
purpose of
CANTORS MUSIC FESTIVAL
on
MARCH 9 , 1974
and
1'
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as
to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of
and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest of
the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described lease agreemer t on
behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and Cdivention
Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into
effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the
City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October ,1973 .
