Resolution 73-14189 RESOLUTION NO. 73-14189
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, on November 12th, 1973, awarded the
contract for the official limousine of the City to RED
TOP SEDAN SERVICE, INC. , a Florida corporation, for a
period of two years, commencing January 1st, 1974, at a
total of $9, 720. 00, for the two year period; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest
of the City of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement, and
WHEREAS , the City Attorney has prepared an agree-
ment, the terms of which the City Council is familiar;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the
Mayor and the City Clerk, be and they are hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute the said agreement in
the name of and on behalf of said City; and that the
proper financial officers of the City, be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to make the disbursements
in accordance with the provisions of said agreement, from
funds of the City available for such purpose.
