Public Information Video
Please find attached a copy of the Capital Improvement Projects Office Public Information
Video. This video was produced as a part of the City's agreement with Hazen & Sawyer,
P.C., the Program Manager for the Right-of-Way Infrastructure Improvement Program.
The video was produced within budget.
The video will be used to inform residents, business owners, visitors and other interested
parties about the City's Right-of-Way Infrastructure Improvement Program, including a
general description of what improvements will be made; the process of planning, designing
and constructing the improvements; and the benefits that will be derived.
The video will be unveiled at the GO Bond Oversight Committee meeting of June 3, 2002,
and will air regularly on Channel 20. Soon after, Spanish subtitles will be added to the
video to~e~t~ need of our Spanish-speaking residents.
