In preparation for R9D, the following is a summary of rents due by RDP Royal Palm Hotel
Limited Partnership ("RDP").
Pursuant to the Development and Lease Agreements, we have calculated that the
Developer owes $1,039,332 (all rents and sales taxes due from August 2000 through
October 2002) as per Schedule A attached. This reflects the total payments made by RDP
in the amount of $128,333.38, applied from September 2000 through October 2001). It
should be noted that the developer is contesting this amount as part of our discussions.
Rents and sales taxes due onlv from the Hotel Opening Date (May 15, 2002) through
October 2002, are $239,605, as per Schedule B attached.
