Resolution 81-16744 RESOLUTION NO. 81-16744 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR THE PLACEMENT OF A BUS STOP SHELTER. (Carillon Hotel Property) WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach is causing to be con- structed and maintained certain bus stop shelters throughout the City, and WHEREAS , the attached easement allows the placement of such a shelter on private property, and WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the public to erect some such shelters at locations which are privately owned . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the attached easement is hereby accepted by the City Commission. Acceptance of same will permit construction of a shelter in this high priority area.
