The first sub-division of Alton Beach will be opened December 1, 1913. Mature
thought and consideration has been given to the size of the lots, location of streets
and general advantages, as it has been constantly planned

FEATURES OF ALTON BEACH PROPERTY
1. No residence shall be constructed on said real estate unless the same shall
be at a cost of at least $2,500, and said amount shall actually be expended in the
construction and erection of such building, and not for fees in connection therewith.
2. No dwelling house or houses, commonly known as a double
Lot dwelling house or as a flat, shall be placed or erected on said real

for horses, cows, hogs or poultry, nor shall either of these singu-
larly or collectively be kept, harbored or raised on said real estate.
3. No residence or building shall be erected on said real estate, so that the
front line of such building shall be closer than twenty feet from the front line of
the lot.
4. The purchaser, his heirs, assigns, legal representatives, or the owner shall
not be permitted to sell, lease or rent the real estate, in any form or manner, by .
any title, either legal or equitable, to any person or persons other than of the
Caucasian race, nor to any firm or corporation of which any person or persons, other
than of the Caucasian race, shall be a member or stockholder.
5. No spirituous, vinous, malt or other intoxicating liquors shall be manufac-
tured, sold or bartered upon said real estate or any part thereof.
Conveniences The Alton Beach Realty Company agrees that it will provide
