RESOLUTION NO. 3910
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-176 H-176
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the uity
Charter:
H-176 EUCLID AVENUE: From the north line of
Fifteenth Street to the south line of the
Alley south of Lincoln Road, to be paved,
and where heretofore paved, to be repaved
to a width of Fifty (50) feet with a
bituminous wearing surface on a ten (10)
inch rock base, together with necessary
drainage, sewer inlets, manholes, and catch
basins, and improved on both sides with a
conrete curb and gutter:
As said Avenue, Street, Alley and Road are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book 9,
Page 69 and in Plat Book 6, Page 33 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary w xkx and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimates, i;he printing and
publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting
the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property,
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-176, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-176.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF March A.D. 1937.
