Resolution 3929 RESOLUTION NO. 3929 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-174 DISTRICT H-174 WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and adopted on the 17th day of March 1937 , ordered the Highway Improvement H-174 , District H-174 and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as required by the City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the 31st day of March 1937 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement , and no objections having been presented at the; time and place aforesaid, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council ordering said Highway Improvement H-174 , District H-1741 be and the same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of 134,933. 251s hereby authorized to be set up from Current bund the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed with _pity forces withaut cortract. $1,60©. and $4,150. are hereby ap- propriated from urre t vngd. for ewer Repairs and Water Extensions,respectivel; required in advancrADth�T7i i.
