Resolution 3953 T -- ______ RESOLUTION NO. 3953 It appearing that under date of March 16th, 1934, this Body did by Resolution No. 2500, authorize the City Tax Collector of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to receive until July lst, 1934, offers of compromise of improvement liens and lien sale certifi- cates owned by said City, and did further authorize the said offers of compromise be submitted to this Body for acceptance or rejection; And it now appearing that since July lst, 1934, said City Tax Collector did receive and present this Body this day certain offers of settlement, as aforesaid, and same having been examined and found to be in conformity with said Resolution, aforesaid; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, in regular meeting assembled this day, that these offers of compromise, received after July 1st, 1934, covering the following described properties be, and the same are hereby accepted, approved and confirmed: OFFERS OF COMPROMISE OF IMPROVEMENT LIENS THROUGH APRIL 6TH, 1917.
