Resolution 3967 RESOLUTION NO . 3967 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMEINITS H-149 , DISTRICT S H-149 , H-153, H-155 AND H-165 H-153, H-155 AND H-165 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That notice has been given, as required by the Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City Council to be held at 10:00 o !clock A. M. , April 21st A. D. 1937 , it would hear any objections of per- sons interestec in or affected by the above designated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob- jections having been presented, said improvementq as completed, be and the same anehereby accepted.
