Resolution 4118 RESOLUTION NO. 411
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
have been petitioned to consider the amending, supplementing,
changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations, restric-
tions, and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289, common-
ly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as herein-
after set forth, to-wit:
That the use regulation of the following described
property, to-wit:
Lots 22 to 42, inclusive, of Block 1, Lots 2 to
40, inclusive, of Block 3, Lots 2 to 27, inclu-
sive and Lots 33 to 63, inclusive, of Block 7,
Second Ocean Front Subdivision, in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, according to a plat record-
ed in Plat Book 28 at Page 2S of the Public Rec-
ords of Dade County, Florida,
be amended so as to change said property from its present classifi-
cation to an "RE" Multiple-Family classification, the present classi-
fication of said properties being as follows:
Lots 22 to 42, inclusive, of said Block 1 - "RC" Estate District
" 2 to 9, " 0 0 U 3 - "RD" Single-Family N
" 10 to 27, inclusive and
" 33 to 40, inclusive, of said Block 3 - "RC" Estate District
" 28 to 32, " " " " 3 - "RB" Single-Family "
" 2 to 27, inclusive and
" 33 to 63, inclusive, of said Block 7 - "RD" Single-Family "
as the above use regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289, as
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be called
for the 17th day of November, A. D. , 1937, at 10: 00 o'clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for
the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordinance.
