SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR..3o3 DISTRICT SR-303
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 16th day of February, 1935 , ordered. the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR..303 District SR-303,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of
March 19 35 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o1 clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-303 , District SR-303 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $261.69 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Funds ,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
