Resolution 4263 RESOLUTION NO. 4263
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, supple-
menting, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regula-
tions, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, Subdivision
of Block 80, of Alton Beach Bay
Front, according to a Plat record-
ed in Flat Book 6, at Page 12,
Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
so as to change said property from its present use regulation
"RAA" Estate District to a Single-Family District, described
in the Zoning Ordinance as "RD" Wing le-Family District, and
also so as to change said property from its present area Regu-
lation District No. 8 to what is known as Area Regulation Dis-
trict No. 13 as said Districts are described in said Ordinance
No. 289.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 6th day of April, A. D' . , 1938, at 10:00 o'clock
A. 'L., in the Council 6hambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time , place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance 1,io. 289.
