SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to he made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-87 A Five (5) foot sidewalk on both sides of Espanola
Way from Washington Avenue to Collins Avenue.
As said Avenues are shown on a Plat recorded in
Plat Book 7, Page 145, and as said Espanola. Way
is shown on said Plat recorded in Plat Book 7, Page
145, and in a deed recorded in Deed Book 1883,
Page 243, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedingd, the preparation of bonds, interest during construc-
tion, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
ahutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-87, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SK-87.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27th DAY OF April A.D.1938.
